Map the shipment
Specify the payload, acceptable temperature range, duration, transfer points and likely seasonal extremes. Include delays rather than only the ideal journey.
Define the complete pack
Document product placement, coolant preparation, insulation format and packing instructions. Changing one part of the system can change its temperature behaviour.
Qualify representative conditions
Select the test protocol and acceptance criteria with the product owner. Record the pack configuration and measurements so the result can be reproduced.
